A flash of light caught my eye at 0130. I continued to look and it (they) appeared again. A small, moving dot will suddenly appear and become a really, really bright glowing traveling orb/light. Usually moving with another one or more brightly appearing before vanishing. I have observed the night skies since the early eighties, I am familiar with all the manmade objects and/or sun light reflecting on high objects during the night, meteors, and how moving clouds/fog and moon light create illusions but this (these) I cannot explain. Been observing this each morning as the weather permits since May 1, 2023. Seen several fascinating meteors during this time but my attention has been on the swarm. I have many pics and vids that may or may not help compare. Hope they do. Nevertheless, I am dedicated to find the explanation so my investigation has just begun. With the many similar reports of this it seems like there would be some stupid explanation already .ie weather balloons, ball lightning or some crap. Thanks so much for this site as it is a step in the right direction. Well, i can only upload pics, no vids. They are in order.

Attached a bright photo of the sky where video is seen. It is zoomed in is why it is fuzzy. And the sound is transfer truck rolling the lonely highway and deer blowing at me and my cat meowing loudly bc she gets scared when she gets left behind.?

From my house, in a roughly northwesterly direction, I saw an object that left a plume behind it, similar to a comet, traverse roughly 1/3 of the night sky in 3-4 minutes. It left a glowing ring behind it that expanded and dissipated during the sighting. It had no blinking lights. It appeared to be very high in the sky. After checking a flight tracker, there are no planes in the vicinity.

My ex-wife(now) was pouting on our back porch steps as we weren't getting along/talking. Before joining her in an attempt to ease her mind, I turned all the porchlights off to enhance the clear night sky and sit by her. Just sat down, neither of us speaking, looking over the pond into the dark distance 2 bright white/silver balls of light/orbs appeared over treetops approx. 500 yards away. While swiftly/silently coming straight toward us and becoming brighter, 2 more lights formed/appeared/began glowing with the other two. They seemed like free-floating and not connected/attached to anything from my observation. I/we were speechless the entire time until it/they stopped/hovered over the pond maybe20 or 25 feet and a really bright red light came on within the cluster/group of bright white/silver lights/orbs. The red light was really bright if not brighter, hovering, over the water when I said out loud, but softly, in awe "a fuc##!ing drone". That was the only explanation I had for a short moment before realizing it was not a drone. After hovering over the water they(lights/orbs) continued traveling same path slowly, quietly, eerily over my/our right shoulder at tree top level (50'-75'). This is the moment that led me to believe they were not connected but free-floating without a shape. They drifted on out of my limited sight of maybe 500 feet due to living within tall trees. Grabbing my laser sighted rifle and/or phone/camera crossed my mind during this event but not once did I take my eyes off of this mysterious moment. When I asked the wife(ex) if she saw that she replied "It looked like it had panels." Unfortunately, she is not experienced (don't care) with observations of our skies as I am.

The object shot up from the horizon at an extreme speed, almost whistling as it rose, leaving behind a thin smoke trail that glowed a faint white for about 5 seconds after the object disappeared, I would personally say the object went about an honest mile into the air in about 2 seconds before it suddenly disappeared and almost got sucked into nothingness. This object had a defined bright blue rectangular shape soaring with a neon-lime green cone-shaped tip. This object was massive even in relation to its extreme distance from me and was also extremely bright and lit up the surrounding area with such brightness it was almost equal to a helicopter spotlight, but with a much larger radius shining on the ground. Sent a true chill and tingle through my body as I was shaken to the core for a reason I could not explain. Truly a once in a lifetime experience.
