Un témoin constate sur des photographies la présence de quatre lumières non remarquées lors de la prise de vue. Les 4 points brillants dans le ciel sont des images parasites des lampadaires produites par des réflexions internes dans l'objectif de l'appareil de photo. Preuve en est que les lignes joignant chacun des 4 premiers lampadaires en partant de la gauche aux 4 lumières dans le ciel en partant de la droite se coupent exactement en un même point. Les autres lampadaires ne donnent pas lieu à image parasites car ils sont plus éloignés du centre optique. [GEIPAN classification A — Reflet (éclairage extérieur)]
