What would the paper say?

For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

Driving home from work and saw a bright light in the north sky. Thought it was a star or planet until it started to move east at a rapid speed; than came back, and went to a higher altitude, and the lights became faint. Within 20 seconds it came back to the same altitude and the lights where bright again. I live by the Chippewa Valley Airport and saw another plane in the same vicinity, but off a ways, north of the object. The object than stayed in the same spot for about a minute, and than started to move east again. The lights suddenly disappeared, and nothing could be seen. It was a clear night, with a few low light status clouds. The object looked like lights stacked on top of each other, flashing different colors, with some lights being brighter than the others. I described the object to others as a flying Christmas tree, but that was my first impression at the time. My sighting is similar to the one seen recently in Kenosha WI near the Illinois border.! This was just reported by Ultimate Unxplained, seen by several people, described as lights stacked on top of each other, and the light suddenly go out. I have lived by this airport my entire life, have seen all kinds of aircraft, including the Good Year Blimp, but this was different. It maneuvered differently, and is why it probably caught my attention. My son-in-law told me it is illegal to fly drones at night, and never within a mile of an airport, but I believe this object was much bigger than a drone. In addition, I have never seen an aircraft turn off their safety strobe lights in the air. There is a tower at the airport with radar, but I haven't read anything about strange lights in the sky in the Eau Claire area.

It was early Sunday morning, 4/19/20. It was about 3:30 AM when I suddenly woke up to a prism-like-colorful, oval-type object in the sky above our field. Scared, but also curious, I grabbed a pair of binoculars and looked at the object that was still pulsating its colors. I then went to grab my phone to try to possibly take a picture and right before I was going to leave the window to do that, a bright spotlight came out from it and lit up our front field. (This happened one other time, but I didn't report it.) I was so excited, that I anticipated it the next night (Sunday evening - less than 24-hours later) and have watched it each night since (Today is Wednesday, 4/23/20). Last night I sent a Facebook Message to a neighbor who has regularly witnessed crafts and lights over our house to see if she could see anything. She said, "Yes! It's right out my window." And then told me her husband had also witnessed it over the past few days (without me s! haring my previous evening experiences). I also want to share that randomly, a military plane (in the dusk, Tuesday evening), showed up and flew in the direction of where I had witnessed the craft.

[Central Time] I stepped into the backyard with my dogs, as I commonly do, and looked up at the stars. Was able to spot Mars in the sky, bright and reddish. I stepped back inside the house and told my wife to come outside and check out the stars, Mars was super-bright. She followed. As we stood outside, unfortunately with our back light on, we stared at the stars when suddenly a bright light, which looked like a low star, flew smoothly by, followed by another after some spacing, then another with approximately the same spacing, etc. I pointed out the moving lights and my wife said they could be planes. My wife was in the Army working on helicopters for 10 years, I was in Naval Special Warfare for 16 years and we see airplanes overheard often. These lights had no running lights, which I pointed out. As the lights continued to go by, in the same path (042 degrees)(so starting from SW to NE pathways remained consistent), no running lights (to stress that it was not an aircraft), no sound, spaced evenly at the moment and moving quicker than any aircraft I have seen. Then a spacing occurred. It became clear that a ‘light’ was missing in formation and my wife even joked about that fact, then another light followed the same path, followed by another, and so forth for the time being. Then another gap between lights. Trying to watch the lights from inception until they disappear showed that we were limited by our abilities to see them until a certain point, both coming and departing. As these lights are moving quickly and silently across the sky, evenly spaced, an airplane became visible on another and different flight path. This had the strobe light and it was a lot further away than these lights. It’s altitude is where I would expect flights to be. While we continue to watch the movements and eventual spacing occur, suddenly a space followed by a pair of lights appeared. The lights remained parallel to each other, traveled on the same path, same speed, and same spacing, made no noise and had no running lights. Behind this pair was another single light, which was followed by another light. Pointing out how cool this event was, my wife mentioned that it could be satellites, to which I informed her that I don’t find it possible that satellites would appear lower than an aircraft (plane) flying by in the night sky, then we spotted another light that was apparently staged midway on the path, but began to travel East to West. Watching this specific light, it appeared to be on an intersecting path with the flow of traveling lights headed on the 042 degree path, but it slowed enough to allow the light to go by and then sped up. There was another rogue light that appeared to monitor the path of the moving lights, but we lost that because of how bright our porch light got, which ruined our night vision abilities. In total, there were approximately 30 lights that traveled on that path and they looked to be traveling smoothly, silently in a straight line, however, towards the end the movement looked a little funny to me so I focused on one light as it passed by a star and it appeared to ‘wobble’ or ‘sway’ around the star. Its path did not go straight to where the light of the star and its light were ‘one’ for a moment. It ‘wobbled’ around the star. This caused me to watch the lights that came behind it in relation to that same star and they all seemed to travel in a slight ‘s’ pattern, back and forth, which allowed the light to look as if it moved to ‘avoid’ crossing the light of the star. It was an awesome experience and I wish I had my phone on me to record it but unfortunately it was still inside our house.

UFO possible near moon. The moon was crescent and the image appeared on the dark side. My HD Sony Handycam AVCHD WITH 9.2 megapixel is what I used to capture it. I had auto focus on the lights appear as whie and then flips to pulsating. No pulsar stars similar to Sirius. This occured at my workplace on my overnight shift.

Eau Claire, WI

I saw a bright flash about 22:30 out my window. My first thought was that it was a firework, but there was no noise at all and when I went outside to see if anything else was going on, there was nothing. My wife then saw a bright flash shortly before sunrise the next morning, 1/29/18 around 06:00. She had the shades drawn in that room, but said it was bright enough to light up the whole room. She also said she did not hear any noise associated with it. We live at the top of a hill, so it could not have been headlights from a vehicle.
