Dans la nuit du 4 au 5 juillet 2009 plusieurs personnes observent, depuis un jardin, des lumières dans le ciel. Celles-ci se déplacent lentement et sans bruit en formation en V. Ces lumières disparaissent brusquement. L'enquête de gendarmerie déterminera que ces lumières proviennent de lanternes chinoises (environ une cinquantaine) lancées à l'occasion d'un mariage depuis un terrain de golf voisin.
