What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

I was watching some objects in the sky, that I believed to be drones but the did not have the usual red and green lights, they looked like flames. I thought they might be remnants of fireworks but they seemed to be flying controlled. Two flew side by side. I didn't even think of them as UAPs. While looking at these, my Granddaughter said "look at that!", I saw it as soon as she said it. Above us, was a circular vehicle, no lights, no exhaust, no control surfaces, no markings, no panel lines. I couldn't hear it maybe due to fireworks. It was just flying in the bottom of the clouds, it's color matched the cloud's color (grey) almost a perfect match. There was maybe a greenish haze around the vehicle. I didn't think to take a pic or video, because I know my phone's camera wouldn't be hi res. And partly due to my disbelief and awe of what I was seeing. It flew from south to north and disappeared behind trees at the horizon. It flew in a straight line just like an airplane would.

This bright light was too bright to be a star and it moves too fast to be a plane and little short distances when I zoomed in on it on my phone I like to make a circle with bikes all around it and I can see some kind of exhaust coming from all around it when I would move

Over a couple of days a strange green light kept appearing in the sky. Found it weird it was the same spot that I previously seen a UAP a year ago from this incident. My brother and I were in contact about it for 2-3 days, about a strange light in the sky. He live about a mile or two away from me. Seeing the similar thing. On the second or third day I took a picture of it. In the photo it came out blue, but in reality it was green. Maybe has something to do with the phone lens. They slightly swayed back, and forth like a snake, from head to tail. They appeared as if they entered the atmosphere, but they did not break up, they stayed in uniform, almost lined up single file . There where others planes in the area, but this appeared to be higher. The other planes where traveling from west to east, and Detroit Airport is about an hour north east of here, this came from slighly northwest, and traveled slightly south east. Rather than fade away in the distance, this whole uniform of lights seemed to disappear. It didn't make any sound, i tried to take a video of it, but i couldn't get my phone to work. It didn't make any noise. It appeared as if a bunch of planes where grouped together single file, but like hundreds. The whole mass of lights moved together swaying slightly like a snake. There where no trails, no stragglers.
