Ask for the records

What would the paper say?

For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

Looked up toward the north over where I-695 and exit for Loch Raven Blvd. is. I thought it was a satellite as it passed over like a tiny fast moving star. It got very bright for a second and then went back to a moving dimmer light/star. It was not a shooting star. It was followed by 8-9 of these each 10-13 seconds apart pretty much on the same path. Last one was a little to the left. Each one got very bright when it was about 60 to 75 degrees out if looking up is 90 degrees. Too tiny to be airplanes. Starlink maybe?

And astonishingly went out of sight in about a half second, speeding up, then vanishing... after dissipating, flocks of countless birds flew away from event.

Towson, MD

Noticed streaks in the sky while driving. At first one, then two, then three. It was while sitting at the longest red light in the history of red lights, that I saw the forth. They looked like fireballs falling. But it seemed like they were stopping and then would start moving again. The three on one side and the fourth coming in from the opposite direction.

Unknown Object Report November 9, 2015. About 15:00 Towson, Maryland 21286 About three o'clock, PM, on Monday, November 9, I was driving south on Providence Road in Towson, Maryland, Baltimore County. About 50 yards south of Hampton Lane, I noted a strange white light out of the corner of my left eye. I turned my head to better see what the white light was. As I did, the white light became the size of a basketball. The white light slammed into the driver's side door window. This was accompanied by a sound similar to hitting a strip of grooved pavement, but only on the driver's side. As I glanced at the white substance (or sphere) that had hit the window, I noted that it also spread leaks of white substance on all sides of it. It looked like a water balloon does when it hits something solid. I sounded like a beach ball hitting. This took no more than a second or three. I am not sure. My heart started to speed up, but I maintained control of the van; I slowed down so I could look into my side view mirror, looking for anything I might had hit. There was nothing there. I slowed further so I could see behind me and on the right side of the van, to the rear. There was nothing. I looked around me for other vehicles on the road, but saw none. It was a dry, sunny day; likely in the 70s.

Towson, MD

I had a number of choices for what to put in the shape of the craft section because this thing seemed to change formation. At first it appeared as four lights in the sky moving in a pattern, probably a message. They were making a distinct patterns, first forming the shape of a cross then gathering in the middle then going outward and making more shapes. It appeared to be a chevron, but then it seemed to change shape as it drifted further and further away into the sky. The lights from the shape got very close and then the stars appeared to move, as if a huge ship was going across the sky. It was so frustrating, whenever i thought i was getting a glimpse of something cloud coverage would block me. I think they were blocking me. The clouds were very strange last night, filled with an orange hue. Finally at the end of the sighting, the four orbs turned blue in hue and huddled around a star, perhaps they use this star to harness energy and shoot backwards into space. These lights faded off into the distance but will still discernible when i left the spot i was at. This doesn't bother me, I will check the sky for them tonight, they still could be very far away, just visible because of time and space. During this time I saw a fox acting strange, I saw deer traveling across and abandoned parking lot, and many bunnies. At around 2 am i saw a big orb, oval shaped and bright wall fall from the sky like a shooting star to my left.

On 10/23/15, about 1:45 p.m., clear & sunny day, I took the Charles St. exit off 695. At the top of the off ramp, looking east, there were 2 white oblong shaped objects in the sky, same height but with some distance between them. I watched them while I waited for traffic to move, thinking they were blimps but the objects never moved and seemed to be at a higher altitude than blimps fly. They just hung there for the 2-3 minutes I watched and were still there when I drove away. It made me feel weird but I convinced myself they were just blimps until I saw a similar report on your website from a couple weeks ago that sounds exactly like what I saw. Aerostats, probably. PD
