I am a Police Officer for a municipality 20 minutes north of Minneapolis, MN. While I was on patrol I saw an aircraft hovering and moving like nothing I have seen or can explain. I spotted the aircraft when the sun was rising so there was a heavy/bright reflection on the side of the aircraft that faced the sun. When the craft thrusted or moved directions the bright reflection could be seen on other areas of the craft. The sun reflection was so bright that I believe it was an indication that it had a metallic surface. There was a moment when the aircraft moved away from my location and turned its entire undercarriage towards me, and it was an obvious disc or circular shape. The aircraft appeared to be dark grey or black and was much larger than a drone. I am familiar with drones and their movement, I have worked with large drones operated by local law enforcement agencies and this aircraft was very different. With the distance it traveled and the amount of time it was in the air I believe a drone would have run out of power. Additionally it was a cool morning, (45*F) which I know drastically affects battery life. There was a 2 mph north wind at the time of this incident. It also traveled much higher than drones are capable of. I witnessed the aircraft for approximately 10-12 minutes total. For the first two minutes I suspected it was an airplane and helicopter fly at a strange angle from my perspective. Upon watching it more it came closer and I recognized it to be a very obvious disc shape with strange movement. I then began video recording the aircraft. During my video you can see the aircraft hover and thrust in multiple directions. It started moving north towards me, then while recording it was moving seemingly straight west, and suddenly began traveling higher and moved southwest away from me quickly. I was able to drive my vehicle approximately 1/2 mile south and relocated the aircraft which was now flying in the vicinity of a passenger airliner. The passenger airliner was traveling south towards Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. I began video recording the aircraft again and captured it with the passenger airliner. The aircraft increased it elevation very rapidly which can be seen in my second video. Upon reviewing my video you can see an additional aircraft flying similarly however it was much higher. The first aircraft I witnessed was possibly moving towards the second one. I did not recognize the second craft until reviewing my video. Both aircrafts were captured on video in the same frame as the passenger airliner. At this point they had moved very high and very far, and eventually I could no longer see them. Approximately two hours after this sighting, a coworker of mine was parked and sitting in his vehicle in the area of where I had witnessed the aircraft's. He was listening to an FM radio station, parked stationary. The music was coming in clearly but then abruptly stopped and for 10 seconds he reported that he could hear strange noises and interference that he had a hard time describing. The music then suddenly became clear again and returned to his normal radio station. I did not hear this however I felt it was necessary to share as he reported it was a very unusual noise interference and in the area of where the sighting occurred. 45.228553, -93.380802 <<

I stood there for about five minutes, browsing the sky, when I seen this perfectly round, super bright white ball and round like a marble that had no noise....no blinking lights....no trail debris like comets, asteroids, planes or space debris leave behind. I needed to get an approximate size. To get a more accurate size of UFO I held up my fingers on my right hand very quickly because the UFO was travelling extremely fast.. My pinky finger at arms length matched the size of the UFO. The bright moving UFO passed from over our home from a northwest direction in a perfectly straight line to the southeast. It was difficult to determine altitude. I'd take a guess and say higher than most man made aircraft. The event only lasted about twenty too thirty seconds. I never forget the experience. I tell people, and they think I'm making up the whole UFO experience. I know what I've seen up in the heavens. We're not allown.
