Le 20 mai 2004 vers 00h30, observation par un témoin et son conjoint depuis leur terrasse d'une forme silencieuse se déplaçant à très grande vitesse sans aucun bruit. Un faisceau lumineux puissant se trouvait à l'arrière de la forme, l'avant étant de couleur verte. La forme a ralenti, le faisceau s'est éteint pour ne laisser que la lumière verte avant de disparaître complètement. L'observation a duré 3 à 4 minutes. Suite à un article dans la presse un second témoin, astronome amateur, s'est manifesté. Il a observé ce phénomène durant quelques dizaines de secondes et l'a interprété comme étant une rentrée atmosphérique. Le phénomène a été classé B : l'hypothèse d'une rentrée atmosphérique ayant été retenue. [GEIPAN classification B — Phénomène identifié non indiqué]
