Group of 3 relatively bright reddish orange orbs flying from West to East maintaining relative distance from each other. Then individual red orbs following same trajectory every 45 seconds. Estimated 1/4 to 1/2 mile altitude. Solid reddish orange, no flashing lights. No noise. I took some video. I believe I counted 12 in total.

Disk like glowing object sitting above the stillwater, mn state prison correctional facility. Glowing and beaming making the state prisons power source for its energy field. Lights would turn extremely bright all around the prison and would flicker all at same frequencies of each other. The object retaining the energy off the building would also glow off and on and get brighter as it would take in the source of recharge from the building. There was also another object that I couldn't see full body visual bit you could see it beaming down from above the main disk like object and see the power of the other object retaining the energy as well off the same power source as the main glowing full body disk like object.and this other object had a huge streak like formation going in a straight line directly below and over the first disk like object. Eventually you can see in my videos and photos I have this encounter happening, the line/streak like thing eventually slowly works it way towards the other object and you can see clearly that it's slowly taking the object on its way up. As if the object was a baby a d the mother was watching over her nestling while it feeds and clears for its ok to take off. I have actual footage of this taking place I have over 50 photos and over 40 something video clips watching this take place and happend.

At around 8:45pm I saw a bright object in the eastern sky, lower in the sky than a plane. It was about the brightness of a planet. It wasn’t moving, but it appeared to get brighter then dimmer periodically. It also seemed to have a flashing light on it, but not like a plane’s flashing lights. After not moving for a couple minutes, it began to slowly fly south-east and eventually disappear from my sight. Another bright object appeared near where the first one was in the east sky. It started moving south-east as well. I thought they might be police drones or something. I went away to get binoculars. When I came back there were five other bright objects hovering stationary over the eastern sky (where I initially saw the first object) and there was one light object coming slowly towards the rest from the north-east. In the stationary group of lights, there was one that suddenly became much brighter than the rest. It looked like it had just caught fire. The rest of the objects were still about as bright as planets and white/yellow in color, but this brightest object was now a red/orange color. This happened shortly after 9 pm. A couple minutes passed, then the brightest object dimmed back to the color it originally was (the same color as the other objects). The objects began to slowly disperse after this. Three of them remained stationary and just faded away, and two of them began moving towards the south-east in the same direction as the first two objects I saw. These objects seemed to me like hot air balloons in how they changed in intensity of brightness, but they clearly were not hot air balloons because it was night. When they were moving, they moved slowly and with constant motion.

Facing north at aprox 11 o'clock high a stationary bright white light with a smaller lower red and white light observed 4/7/2019 and 4/8/2019. Little to no movement either vertical or horizontal. Definitely not a planet or star.

Driving home, after dark, heading west, saw multiple moving lights in all directions. Too slow and too many to be commercial airplanes. Mostly one white light. One in each cardinal direction was a red light. One traveling NW to SE turned direction to come straight towards me. Very bright forward light. I turned off road, stopped car and opened window. No sound from craft. It then turned towards SE again and continued. Told husband when got home and he had seen the same multiple moving lights while taking trash can down our long driveway. My friends and I were driving around and saw a smallish red and orange fireball that moved a lot like an airplane appeared on the Wisconsin side of the St.Croix. At first we believed it to be a firework, being that the sky is very active around this time of year. Then after following it a couple of blocks the ball slowly disappeared into the night sky. My friends thinking not much of it at the time, but it peaked my interest and having a previous interest in the occult. I decided to look up siting and when a saw a couple matching the same description as me I decided to submit this.
