A UFO is being widely reported on Facebook in our community groups. Many residents have reported seeing a strange unrecognizable aircraft with extremely bright lights. Residents report that when they saw the aircraft, their lights flickered twice and their cell phones stopped working briefly.

On Saturday, August 5, 2017, between 6:35 and 7:00 PM, I was in my car, facing east on Woodbridge Avenue (about three blocks before you reach Route 9) in Woodbridge, NJ, waiting for a red light. I was looking up at the clear blue sky and saw a misty round orb to the right, about the size of a large grapefruit, held at arm's length. This orb was white, and moved through the clouds toward the west. After a few seconds, a bright flash of light emitted from the center of the orb, and then it was gone. The whole sighting lasted about the time it took for the traffic light to change.

Walking into my office, I watched 2 faint red lights side by side at first moving in a straight line, then very fast figure eight then it disappeared??

2 bright white horizontal parallel lights flying NE passing over Fords. I pulled car over then reacquired lights now stationary over Woodbridge. Now one much lower than other. Lower light then flew straight up almost touching the 2nd light & passed it. Got on phone to call local friend about lights then once looking up again the lights had traveled south now in Driscoll bridge area spread further apart & had 2 other different lights in same general area. The 2 other lights were possibly planes? Lost sight due to getting low on the horizon & trees. Got on Rte 9 South to follow but lights were gone.
