A friend of mine sent this video to me on 05/08/2020, taken either that day or the day before midday. I uploaded it to youtube but left it unlisted. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jIukJ-4R1co&feature=youtu.be As you can see, my friend recorded a flickering light that moved slowly across the sky for around a minute.
