Ask for the records

What would the paper say?

For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

At around 6:10am, my friend and I were walking into work. I noticed a something flying northbound and when I looked at flight radar it showed a Delta Airlines plane was in that vicinity. I looked back up and seen something else that almost just looked like a star way far away but it was moving in a straight line and kind of slowly, eastbound. I look back at flight radar and there was nothing showing up for this one. Me and my friend were watching it as it moved across the sky then all the sudden it disappeared. I tried getting it on camera but it was too far for my phone to pick up. This location is basically right next to Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

When I first noticed the object it appeared to be low in the night sky as I was driving on 675N it was crossing my truck from east to west. It was a V-shaped craft with 2 white lights on both wings and 1 white light in the front and 1 flashing red light behind the front light. It made a wide U-shaped flight pattern and came back towards my truck while descending, At first, I thought it was going back to WPAFB to make a landing, but it just kept dropping down and then I thought it might be crashing. But the craft came to a stop just over top of the tree line next to the 70W freeway. It stayed there for the remainder of the time motionless as I was driving past it getting onto the 70W interstate. I stuck my head out of my passenger side window to look at the bottom of the craft and it was in a wing shape and appeared to be black on the bottom. I didn't hear any noise coming from it, but I was in a tractor trailer, so hard to tell if it was making any noise. Fairborn, OH

I was talking a walk through a neighborhood in Fairborn, OH, (near Wright Patterson AFB), when I noticed something flying overhead to the north. My friend and I watched it for a few minutes. It has a white light in the center and light blue and green lights on the perimeter. The craft flew in a straight line east to west, then made an aprupt 90° turn to the left (south) without stopping or slowing. The craft made several other adjustments like this over the next few minutes. The craft also was doing up and down in altitude. After several minutes, it appeared to lower in height then disappeared. To be honest, I thought it was a drone at first, but there was a moment when it turned and it looked like a saucer. Still could have been a quadchopper drone, but I've never seen a drone with this color configuration. Not to mention, I thought there were laws regulating drone lights. Fairborn is a busy city near Dayton and borders Wright Patt AFB, so making an illegal brine ((sic. flight??)) would be brash. Feel free to contact via my email address listed below. If you call, please leave me a voicemail and I will return your call.
