The report, as filed
In the night, I was awoken by the prescence of a groteque, glowing ship, with a glow as so sinister in a cloak of shadows IT was with.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

Son noticed bright object in western sky. It looked similar to how a bright planet looks before dusk in the evening sky. First I got binoculars and still couldn’t really see any features. Then got out a small Bushnell telescope and then could easily see its features. Then noticed a second one in the north-northwest sky. The two objects were the same thing. They both moved slowly west through the telescope eyepiece similar to the moon moving through it. I did not have to re-focus the telescope when moving from one object to the other. They looked like white-ish glowing translucent balloons. There seemed to be a small ring of white lights at one end that slowly shifted or moved. The “balloon” almost seemed to rotate and change slightly also while moving through the telescope. There were no quick or sudden movements. We watched them for about 30 minutes before they disappeared behind a cloud bank. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

We stopped the vehicle and watched it for approximately three minutes at which time it was stationary and not moving. After the first three minutes the beams of light that was under it left and it began to move. Once it started moving it looked like one huge bar or rectangular shape and it was bigger than anything I've seen in the sky. Made no sound and once it started moving it moved fast. We turned the car around and proceeded to try to follow it. Followed it maybe three or four minutes when due to its speed we totally lost it. It was moving from north to south and was completely silent there was nothing blinking on it the lights were solid. We apparently weren't the only ones who seen it because when we stopped to watch it another car stopped alongside of us and asked us what that was and of course we had no clue. It left no vapor trail. Have never seen anything like it before.

The sight it was over was an area locals for years have reported similar lights, including reports of an airship and it's pilots landing in adjacent fields during the 1800's as reported by the local newspapers at the time.

Four females driving south witnessed a orange light in the eastern sky. Upon driving six miles the orange light, now in the south changed to red. Upon turning the car north and driving into wooded road the red object changed white and was pulsating large orb to small orb. It continued to hover over our vehicle as we drove from north to east. Approximately two football fields away. Upon stopping the car at a clearing to take a picture, the object split from one large white orb into two equal but separate orbs and blinked out into darkness.
