I observed bright lights from multiple locations in wellfleet. The lights would get more intense the closer it got then dim out and disappear while other lights reappear. I’d usually see three at a time. Sometimes appearing stationary or slowly moving until dimmed out then gone. I’ve consistently observed these types of lights these locations on clear nights the past few weeks [NUFORC annotation: Boats - Possible]

Saw one individual light moving similar to that of a dog chasing its tail and doing figure 8s, then 2 lights moving at a slow pace with the right one moving the same way. All were at the same time.
