I observed a green and red steady light come out from behind the line of trees of the southern sky, heading northbound, stopped in northern part of the sky, hovered, then moved to the right, hovered, shot 10-12 degrees across the sky toward the east, and after other hovering and other motions disappeared from view.

My friends and I were in the backyard hanging out for New Year's Eve, when one of us saw three large orange orbs glowing in the sky. We all looked up and everyone saw them. They were in he shape of a triangle with an orange light at each tip. After a few minutes one of the lights went out, followed by the other two. They didn't change locations or make any sound, just disappeared.

At 7pm observed what I thought was helicopter search light: a cone of light coming down at an angle surrounding a bright blue straight trail. At the point where cone of light originated a large, symmetrical ovoid cloud of vapor then appeared. The cone of light stopped but the bright blue trail remained visible as a hazy point of light separated from the vapor cloud. The hazy point of light slowly continued moving up and to the West without a trail although the initial bright streak of blue and symmetrical cloud where it originated could still be seen and shown to other observers. On the night of September 6th, 2015, I witnessed an object I couldn't explain. As I was watching a show on my phone whilst laying on my patio furniture, I saw a small orb of light out of the corner of my eye. It grew to the size of an eraser on the end of an eraser, relative to my vision of course. There was considerable distance between myself and the object, probably around the same altitude an airplane reaches during the middle of their flight. The object did not move, it merely hovered and pulsated. When I finally focused om the object, it swelled to its full orb-like appearance, then slowly receded into nothingness. I searched the sky for the next 5 minutes, waiting for it to reappear, to show me that it was just a plane light, but it mever did. The object was the shape of an orb, or possibly a fireball. I found myself describing it like an explosion contained by a very strong, yet clear glass. It was a burnt orange color with a white core, as far as I could tell. It produced no discernible sound, no engines, motors, rotors, anything. Just the light. The sky was clear, no cloud coverage or much smog. I could see the stars, which is why seeing this orb confused me so much. This occured above a suburban apartment complex near a main thoroughfare.
