Dans la nuit du 16 au 17 novembre 1993 vers 00h45, un témoin observe un trait lumineux fixe dans le ciel "comme un tube au néon" autour duquel tourne un certain nombre de points lumineux. Ce phénomène est accompagné d'un léger bruit faisant penser à un petit avion. Le témoin réveille son camarade qui peut également constater le phénomène.
