Sitting on the patio of a restaraunt downtown. Looked up and saw two fairly big orange lights. Not sure how to relate how big it was. 20x bigger than a star? Thought maybe they were helicopters. Then one drifted to the right and dimmed and disappeared. The other kept going towards us, got a little bigger, then dimmed and disappeared. I've never seen anything like that. I consider it my first UFO sighting.

In bright sunlit day I initially saw a bright disc of 2 lights side by side horizontally about 4 inches across. I closed each eye one eye at a time to be sure it wasn’t a reflection or a prismatic light. The lights moved around into the trees, a few feet above the ground and then onto the side of my house in front of the siding then a third light disc appeared with the other two. They moved to be beside me about six feet from my face then moved in front of me and slowly floated up then stood still with an almost vibrating look to them and suddenly ascended up extremely fast then disappeared. I noticed no birds singing or animal noises during this time as well, as I am an avid bird watcher. I looked around and away from these foreign light discs and they stayed in place and moved when they decided to move. Never seen anything like this before.

12 lights in the NE about moving in formation. 3 lights broke away from a big circle and made a triangle. The the lights that made a triangle joined the rest of the group and made a straight line and faded out of sight.

This happened years ago...forgive me it was 2013-2015 in the summer. I am not for sure the exact month but it was nice out...summer time. I walked out the back door of my work and looked up to the west and saw a completely shiny (shiny chrome) long cylinder or I guess you could say cigar shaped. It was probably 1,500-2,500 feet up...it was clear as day...but not if you didn't have a fix on it...but when I did pick it out in the sky I could see the shape and color perfectly. It was moving north west above the mall area moving out the direction of Brookport, Illinois...that direction. It just kept moving off that direction. A coworker was there and I told him look...but he couldn't see it and I didn't want to sound dumb but I have always wondered what that was. I can still remember it clear as day. The coworker looked but could not see it and walked back in. Are our weather balloons shaped that way? It made no sound and had defined cylinder shape.. reflective chrome. I would say it was 20-30 feet long is my guess. Ya see, the wind here blows in a north east direction,..it wasn't blowing in the wind...it was headed northwest. I am submitting this because I noticed another person saw the exact same thing as me according to what I read of sightings in my town but this person saw it in 2017 years after me but they saw the same thing.
