Le 8 mai 1989 vers 22h 30, un homme observe une boule de feu très lumineuse traversant rapidement l'atmosphère. Cette observation est confirmée par un gendarme qui circulait à la même heure à plusieurs kilomètres de là et qui a observé le même phénomène.
