Le 17 février 1985 vers 21h 30 plusieurs témoins vont apercevoir une très grosse étoile. Celle-ci très brillante va changer progressivement de couleur et disparaitra rapidement à l'horizon. Il s'agissait en fait de l'observation de la planète Vénus, particulièrement visible en cette période de l'année grâce à des conditions climatiques particulières.
