Le 25 avril 1983 plusieurs témoins vont apercevoir dans le ciel entre 8h 15 et 8h 45 un objet de forme ovale. La couleur est claire presque transparente et parfois métallique voir argentée.Cet objet évolue à très faible vitesse d'Ouest en Sud Sud-Ouest. Plusieurs fois il sera masqué par des nuages dans lesquels il finira par disparaître totalement. Les témoins ont probablement observé un ballon, type ballon sonde météorologique.
