Le 28 janvier 1983 à 0h 10, un automobiliste aperçoit sur sa droite un objet en forme de toupie. Cet engin se trouve à 2 ou 3 mètres au-dessus du sol et émet des lumières rouges et vertes de faible intensité. Cet objet zigzague avant de s'élever en spirales très haut dans les airs et de disparaître. Aucune autre information n'a pu être recueillie sur ce phénomène.
