Le 28 février 1978 entre 19h 30 et19h 40 une automobiliste et son fils aperçoivent un objet très lumineux orangé se déplaçant à vive allure dans le ciel du Nord au Sud. L'observation a duré trois minutes durant laquelle aucun bruit particulier n'a été entendu. L'objet s'est stabilisé puis est reparti lentement en direction du Sud avant de disparaître instantanément. Aucune trace n'a été découverte sur les lieux. Aucun autre témoignage ne sera recueilli sur ce phénomène qui reste inexpliqué.
