Le 3 février 1976 vers 19h30 plusieurs témoins observent dans le ciel une lueur couleur blanc-argenté. Après s'être élevée au-dessus de la colline la lueur disparait progressivement sur le versant caché. Ce phénomène a été précédé par un bruit similaire à celui fait par un avion supersonique. La gendarmerie écartera l'hypothèse d'un incendie ou de la chute d'un corps, aucune trace au sol n'ayant été remarquée sur le secteur indiqué. Le cas est classé C par manque d'information.
